Official Rules

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

1. Sponsor

This Promotion (the "Promotion") is sponsored by Electric Highway Libations LLC located in Maryland, USA.(the "Sponsor").

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. By entering, participants represent that they meet all eligibility requirements.

3. Entry Period

The Promotion begins on September 16 and ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on Sunday, September 20, 2026 (the "Entry Period"). Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be counted.

4. How to Enter

To enter, during the Entry Period an entrant must complete all of the following:

Follow @ElectricHighwayLibations on Instagram.
Post an Electric Highway–inspired photo or video to Instagram (feed post; public account required). The post may include a bottle, sticker, festival swag, or any other content, provided the connection to Electric Highway is reasonably clear.
Tag @ElectricHighwayLibations in the post.

Limit one (1) entry per person / per Instagram account. Multiple entries from the same person or account will be disqualified. Entrant's Instagram account must be public for the duration of the Entry Period so the entry can be verified. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not clearly reference Electric Highway, appears fraudulent, or otherwise violates Instagram's Community Guidelines or these Official Rules.

5. Winner Selection

Each eligible entry received during the Entry Period will be assigned a sequential number. During the week of September 21, 2026, Sponsor will randomly select three (3) winners from among all eligible entries using a random number generator. Selection is random and not based on skill or the quality of the post. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

6. Winner Notification

Winners will be notified via a public comment/post from @ElectricHighwayLibations and via Instagram direct message. Winners must respond to the DM to acknowledge and claim their prize within three (3) days of notification. If a winner does not respond within this window, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected by the same random method from the remaining eligible entries.

7. Prizes

Each winner may select one (1) item of their choice from the official Electric Highway merch page (https://electric-highway-merch.printify.me/), subject to availability. Approximate retail value: up to $60 per prize, depending on item selected. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash substitution is permitted, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. If a selected item becomes unavailable, Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Sponsor is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize fulfillment, if any; winners may be responsible for reporting the value as required by law.

8. Publicity

By entering, participants grant Sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to reproduce, display, and share their entry (photo/video and Instagram handle) on Electric Highway's social media and marketing channels, with credit to the original poster where practical.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failure, or any factor beyond Sponsor's control impairs the integrity of the Promotion. Sponsor's decisions are final in all matters relating to this Promotion. This Promotion is governed by the laws of the District of Columbia [or applicable state], without regard to conflict of law principles.
